Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement for the financial year ending 2024

1. Introduction from the CEO

The Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement is made in accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps taken by Arrive, previously EasyPark Group, to address the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking during the financial year ending in 2024. This was a pivotal year, characterized by the strategic decisions to acquire Flowbird and later Parkopedia. We proactively chose to pause formal group-level work during the pre-acquisition period in order to unify our approach to supplier due diligence and risk assessment, ensuring that a single, consistent, and comprehensive global program can be implemented across the newly expanded company in 2025. This Statement therefore details legacy compliance frameworks, our commitment to transparency, and the concrete actions Arrive is now taking to fully integrate our ethical standards and processes.

2. Our Business and Organizational Structure

In June 2025, EasyPark Group, which acquired Flowbird Group in December 2024 and Parkopedia in February 2025, changed its name to Arrive. This marked the official consolidation of these three companies. Throughout the 2024 financial year, these businesses operated independently, each with their own ethics and compliance frameworks. Arrive is now establishing its new organizational structure, including unified ethics and compliance frameworks.

3. Our Policies on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking

During 2024, EasyPark Group's Code of Conduct and Supplier Code of Conduct and Flowbird's Charter of Ethics covered hurman rights aspects. Recognizing our responsibilities under the UK Modern Slavery Act, Australia Modern Slavery Act, and Norwegian Transparency Act, Arrive has made a top-level commitment to formalize our approach with a dedicated modern slavery policy. We are in the process of launching a comprehensive Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy that will apply to the entire Arrive business and its supply chains globally in 2025.

4. Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

Our risks connected to modern slavery and human trafficking are primarily within our supply chain, which includes a wide range of suppliers and partners from various sectors and geographic locations across the world. Looking ahead, we recognize the need to systematically assess and manage these risks. A global supplier due diligence and risk assessment process for Arrive is a core focus for the 2025 financial year, as will be detailed in our newly established Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy.

5. Actions Taken in 2024 Financial Year

Given the acquisition of Flowbird Group in December 2024 and Parkopedia in February 2025, these individual businesses managed their risks in relation to modern slavery and human trafficking through their existing separate policies, processes, and business relationships during the 2024 financial year.

6. Key Performance Indicators

As this Statement covers the period before the development of Arrive's Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy and associated program, no specific KPIs were tracked in the 2024 financial year. KPIs for measuring the effectiveness of our actions will be established and reported in our future Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statements, starting with the one for the 2025 financial year.

7. Next Steps

For the upcoming financial year (2025), Arrive is committed to taking decisive action to mitigate the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking across its operations and supply chains. Our priorities for 2025 include:

  • Policy Implementation: Launching a new, global Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy and embedding it throughout the organization.

  • Supplier Engagement: Conducting a detailed due diligence process to assess and manage risks within our supply chain.

  • Training: Rolling out a mandatory training and awareness program for relevant staff to ensure they are equipped to identify and respond to modern slavery and human trafficking risks.

  • Public Reporting: Publishing our first comprehensive Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement for the 2025 financial year, detailing the concrete actions taken.

This Statement is made in accordance with Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement for the financial year ending 2024. This Statement is approved by Arrive's Board of Directors.
