The solution
Drawing on our long-standing relationship with NYCDOT, we launched ParkNYC – the city-branded mobile parking app that allows drivers to conveniently pay for on-street and off-street parking using a mobile device. The user-friendly app completes the goal of full modernization, which also includes smart parking kiosks and back-office analytics.
In addition, our back office simplifies parking management for the city. As the hub supports any type of terminal, the city can easily connect both existing and incoming hardware for a fully centralized solution. Multiple and complex rate policies can now be configured and deployed across all different sales channels. Multi-channel data is centralized, revealing new insights to inform better decisions. Our back office even integrates with third parties, including the New York City Police Department for enforcement purposes, and NYCDOT’s own claims management portal.
