Ingenico, a global leader in payment acceptance solutions, and Arrive, a leading global mobility platform, today announced a strategic partnership to deliver reliable, seamless payment experiences for on-street parking and transport ticket vending machines across more than 30 countries worldwide.
Enabling modern, reliable payments for urban mobility infrastructure
Through this partnership, Ingenico’s self-series payment terminals, including the Self/2000 LE, Self/4000 LE, and Self/5000 LE are integrated with ARCHIPEL, Arrive’s advanced unattended, card present payment gateway to support on‑street parking kiosks and transport ticket vending machines in demanding urban environments.
Optimized for solar-powered and outdoor deployments, these terminals support secure PIN entry, ruggedized design and high availability. This enables operators to deliver dependable unattended payment experiences while supporting sustainability goals and broad acceptance of digital wallets and local payment methods.
“Cities are under growing pressure to modernise critical infrastructure while delivering simple, reliable services to citizens”, said José Luis Arias Muerza, Managing Director, Europe, Middle East and Africa at Ingenico. “Our partnership with Arrive brings together proven payment technology and deep mobility expertise to enable seamless, unattended payments at scale - from on street parking to transport ticketing - across urban environments worldwide. Together, we are helping cities deploy future-ready solutions that are secure, resilient and built for long-term sustainability.”
As part of the partnership, Arrive plans to deploy new on-street parking kiosks and transport ticket vending machines globally. In parallel, the company also intends to upgrade a significant portion of its existing global fleet of approximately 360,000 kiosks, leveraging Ingenico’s trusted and globally deployed payment solutions.
“Redefining urban mobility through seamless payments is central to our vision of making cities more livable”, said Debbie Guerra, General Manager of Payments, Automative & Data at Arrive. “By collaborating with Ingenico and leveraging their industry-leading payment terminals, we are empowering city authorities and mobility operators to simplify parking and transit transactions while improving the user experience for millions of drivers and passengers worldwide.”
Ingenico and Arrive will launch pilot programs for on-street parking kiosks with Ingenico payment solutions during 2026, with initial commercial deployments from 2027 onwards.
