Castell brings a wealth of experience in driving strategic growth, operational efficiency, and financial transformation across diverse, high-growth organizations. Most recently, he served as Group Chief Financial Officer at FTSE 250 listed Gamma Communications, a leading provider of technology-based communication solutions across Europe, where he alongside the CEO, successfully led the company's M&A agenda, driving an impressive international expansion in Germany. His career also included Group CFO roles at OVO Energy and Virgin Media, and 12 years at Barclays Bank, where he held a number of senior finance roles including Chief Financial Officer at Barclays Corporate Bank and Chief Financial Officer of Barclaycard Europe.
