Global mobility platform Arrive today announced the opening of its new global Innovation Centre in Łódź, Poland, establishing a dedicated software engineering hub to drive product development across its worldwide urban mobility ecosystem. The launch provides a base for Arrive to develop its global software engineering team with access to top regional talent.

The facility transitions Arrive’s historical footprint in the city, formerly the headquarters of Flowbird Polska, from a localized base into an expanded technology and operations hub. The company has already grown the number of roles in Lodz by over 150 in the last two years and this strategic investment reinforces Poland’s position as a key growth market for the company. Arrive is committed to  supporting the expansion, with plans to scale the centre through the hiring of engineering and technology specialists.

“Poland is a key market for Arrive’s growth, both as a market for our services like EasyPark, but also as an exciting additional European location as an Innovation Center,” says Cameron Clayton, CEO of Arrive. “Łódź offers an exceptional depth of engineering talent and a vibrant tech ecosystem that matches our global ambitions. Transitioning our historic base here into a core innovation hub enables our engineering teams to build the next generation of smart urban mobility tools from the heart of Europe.”

“Arrive’s expansion in Łódź and its decision to establish a key innovation centre here is a source of immense satisfaction for us. It confirms that Łódź possesses strong academic and business potential, enabling the development of advanced technologies in our city,” said Adam Pustelnik, First Deputy Mayor of Łódź. “This investment aligns perfectly with Łódź’s ambitions to grow its tech sector, particularly in the smart city domain, which is experiencing a true renaissance thanks to the application of artificial intelligence solutions. What is especially important is that the innovations transforming how we move and navigate urban spaces across Poland and Europe will be created right here in Łódź. It also brings tangible value to our residents: new, highly specialised jobs and opportunities to develop skills of the future for both experienced professionals and graduates of Łódź universities. I would like to thank Arrive for their trust in Łódź. I pledge our full support for the continued growth of this investment and wish the company every success. I am confident that Łódź will become the birthplace of solutions shaping mobility and the cities of the future across Europe.”

Beyond expanding technical capacity, the new facility reflects Arrive’s commitment to fostering a collaborative culture across its global workforce and connects to Arrive’s network of offices around the world. The strategic partner in the investment is Incubly, which supports Arrive in scaling its engineering operations. The Incubly team accompanied the company during the conceptual development of the new facility and is now supporting its implementation.
