Eligible agencies - including municipal transit authorities, state and local governments, tribal governments - can now procure Arrive’s fare collections systems, validators, ticket vending machines, back office software, and related services through the Sourcewell contract, without issuing a separate solicitation.
Arrive operates in more than 90 countries and supports transit and urban mobility related payments across more than 20,000 cities through its family of brands. The Sourcewell contract covers the full range of Arrive's Category 2 Transportation Services Payment Solutions, including on-board and off-board fare collection hardware, contactless and mobile payment systems, account-based ticketing platforms, and the supporting the back-office software necessary to operate and report on fare revenues in real time.
Arthur Rader, Senior Vice President, Transit North America, Arrive, commented: "Public agencies need clear, compliant procurement paths and partners who can deliver with confidence. This Sourcewell contract removes procurement friction so agencies can focus on outcomes: improving rider access, modernizing payments and ticketing, and strengthening day-to-day operations."
Agencies that have already registered with Sourcewell may begin purchasing under contract 010726-FLOW immediately. Agencies not yet registered can do so at no cost or obligation at sourcewell-mn.gov.
